Introducing Loxti

LocusVox is now Loxti.

The product you know is the same: one workspace for voice calls, SMS, IVR flows, chatbots and live messaging. We changed the name because the platform grew well beyond voice, and the new name says what it is for: connecting conversations, whatever channel they start on.

What Loxti does

• Voice calls. A browser softphone and mobile app, with call queues, hold music, transfers and call recording.
• SMS messaging. A shared team inbox with templates, contact groups, broadcasts, auto-replies and missed-call text-back.
• IVR flows. A drag-and-drop builder for phone menus, so changing how callers are routed does not need a developer.
• Chatbots and AI. An embeddable website chat widget, a flow builder, live handoff to your team, and separate dev and production environments.
• Live messaging. Calls, texts and chats in one inbox, with the whole history in one place.

What changes for you

If you already use the product, your workspace, numbers and settings stay as they are. You will see the new logo and colors in the app, and the web app moves to a new address, app.loxti.com.
